In an exclusive interview with The Sun , Britney Spears’ uncle, William Spears, says Britney has been drinking and doing drugs since she was 13. Revealing a childhood that included an alcoholic father and constant fighting, William Spears says Britney is basically gonna die soon. Woo hoo!

After her turbulent early years, Willie says she went “buck-wild” on turning 18, snorting cocaine on her birthday, adding: “She has tried just about everything – cocaine, crystal meth, ecstasy.”..”It got worse when she got famous and she found out that people would do what she wanted them to. She wanted to drink, party and go where she wanted to go. She is a ruthless little thing, make no mistake. Nobody controls her. She bosses everyone around her.”…”Britney is in an unstable state of mind now and there is nothing anyone can do about it. She is not listening to anybody. TMZ is reporting that Britney Spears was released from Cedars-Sinai this morning via an underground tunnel after a visit from Dr. Phil of all people and behaving like an absolute nightmare.

We are hearing from multiple sources that Britney Spears is throwing a fit on the 7th floor of Cedars-Sinai. She is demanding to leave, screaming at the staff, will not lie or sit still, we’re told. From all indications, she is being held on a 5150, which means she is a danger to herself and others. Typically, people in that situation can be held for 72 hours against their will. We have also been told she has pulled her IV out and is generally out of control. Another source at the hospital tells TMZ she could be heard yelling at various staffers and she was described by nurses as being “difficult.”

About her release:

Sources say the hospital released her without notifying any of the principles involved in the ongoing kiddie drama. So, you ask, how could she have been released so quickly, given that she had been declared a danger to herself and others? We’re told the “5150 hold” means that she can be held against her will for a max of 72 hours, but if the hospital determines she is no longer a danger, they can release her before that.”

Fuck that, I don’t care they need to leave her there or put her on an IV of mood meds.

Kevin Federline is “awarded sole legal custody and sole physical custody of the minor children,” court Commissioner Scott Gordon said in a written ruling after an emergency hearing. Gordon said Spears’s “visitation with the minor children is suspended pending further order of the court.” The order is in effect until Jan. 14. After the 40-minute hearing, Federline’s attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan said: “There are no winners here.” He said he was “not happy about any of the events that have happened.”…Spears, meanwhile, is not facing any criminal charges – for now. “The LAPD is not planning to file any charges against Ms. Spears at this time,” Officer April Harding tells PEOPLE. “The investigation is ongoing.”

Britney Spears has been detained and is reportedly on suicide watch amid extraordinary scenes after holding her children hostage and refusing to hand them over to their father at a court-appointed time.

The fallen popstar was stretchered bleary-eyed from her home under police guard and then taken to hospital by ambulance for tests when she was suspected to be “under the influence of an unknown substance”.

She is currently being held in hospital in Los Angeles pending a psychiatric evaluation.

She gave a one-fingered salute to photographers as she left the ambulance on a stretcher.

Spears also faces arrest and charges if she tests positive for either drink or drugs. The dramatic stand-off began at 8pm (4am GMT) when two of Federline’s bodyguards arrived to collect the children.

Spears, who has limited visitation rights, refused to hand over the boys and police were called.

Police spokesman Jason Lee said today: “Officers were called to Britney Spears’s home. She was refusing to hand the children over to their father as part of a court order.

“We believe Britney Spears is under the influence and needs to be evaluated.

“At this stage we do not know what she may or may not have taken – that’s why she needs to be evaluated.

“But obviously if the test does prove positive, then we would be looking to move her to a police station and charge her.”

Officers began negotiating the children’s release and shortly after 10pm Spears appeared to let police and paramedics inside the home, which is in a gated community.

An ambulance then arrived and a wheelchair was taken into the house.

Today’s drama is the latest episode in the ongoing custody battle between Spears and Federline, who married in October 2004 but divorced last July.

Yesterday, Spears visited Federline’s lawyer Mark Kaplan at his office in Los Angeles to make a legal statement over allegations that she had “misused alcohol and other substances” in front of her sons.

Wearing a pink dress and sunglasses, the singer arrived 90 minutes late, according to Mr Kaplan.

She missed a similar appointment last month and again on Wednesday, when her law firm, Trope and Trope, filed a court motion asking to be withdrawn from the case due to a “breakdown” in communication with their client.
