Word of a Lindsay Lohan sex tape has been around for a while, but this recent pic (above) is apparently a preview clip of the video that hit the web in the past 24 hours. Gossip Rocks is saying this is the real deal:

Apparently callum sent the video (which was filmed on his cell phone) when the 2 where an item has been sent to some of his friends…which as you may have guessed have been trying to sell the video.
Anyway so i have this friend (cant say her name.) who is friends with lindsay lohan. She’s just emailed me saying that someone has sent an email to lindsay with a screen clip from the movie, and shes freaking out because she “cant remember it being filmed”.

In case you’re new to Earth, let me fill you in. Lindsay Lohan doesn’t like to wear bras when there are cameras around. The Sun says:

She’s only been single a handful of days and already reports have emerged which claim Lindsay Lohan has jumped back on the dating wagon.

According to Australia’s New Weekly magazine LiLo - who split from her snowboarder boyfriend Riley Giles last week – is dating actor Heath Ledger.

The publication clams that the Mean Girls star enjoyed a number of late-night sex sessions with the Australian actor after meeting him at New York’s Beatrice Inn over Thanksgiving weekend.

“Lindsay and Heath hit it off straight away” claims a source “When she left the club she started texting him straight away and they hooked up a few times while she was still in New York. They were meeting late at night for sex. It was purely physical.”

Lohan traveled to New York with Riley - who she met at Utah’s

Cirque rehab clinic in August - but speculation mounted that there was trouble in paradise after the pair were snapped partying separately.

As reported by Entertainmentwise yesterday, the 21-year-old actress ended her brief relationship with the 25-year-old in order to concentrate on revamping her career.

Meanwhile Ledger – who split from his girlfriend Michelle Williams, with who he has a two-year-old daughter, Matilda – has been linked to a bevy of beauties which include supermodel Helena Christensen.

The Brokeback Mountain star has also been spotted on the New York party circuit flirting and “making out” with a string of women.

Lindsay Lohan is finished with snowboarder Riley Giles. She ditched him after the two had a tumultuous Thanksgiving weekend that ended with Lindsay drinking. A source for E! News talks about what went down:

On why Lindsay ditched Riley:
“She got tired of him pouting all the time.”

On why Riley was such a pouty bitch:
“It was fine when they were in Utah, just the two of them. But then they returned to L.A. and Lindsay was shooting a movie, photographers followed them everyone, she had meetings with this agent, that publicist, this director. His ego couldn’t take it.”

On why Lindsay’s friends weren’t impressed:
“They thought he was unsophisticated and told her she should have left him in Utah with his snowboard. He never paid. Yeah, we know Lindsay is the rich and famous one, but come on. Be the man once in a while!”

Los Angeles (E! Online) - What does Raymundo Ortega know that the California Highway Patrol doesn’t?

Lindsay Lohan’s attorneys want the man suing Lohan for negligence in connection with a two-year-old car accident to either show ‘em or fold ‘em.According to court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, Lohan’s camp is requesting that a judge order the Los Angeles-based busboy to provide proof that Lohan, contrary to the CHP’s report, had been drinking on Oct. 4, 2005, before she smacked into Ortega’s van with her Mercedes.

Ortega, who has accused the former child star of knocking a few back at the Ivy before their collision, is seeking at least $200,000 in damages. He filed suit on June 14, also naming the restaurant as a defendant, while Lohan was drying out at the Promises treatment facility in Malibu, her second of three stints in rehab this year.

He maintains that Lohan was not only intoxicated but was also distracted by the shutterbugs trailing her out of the restaurant.

Lohan fired back in a $75,000 countersuit last month, pointing out that the CHP ruled at the time that neither alcohol nor paparazzi factored into the crash and that Ortega was at fault because he was making an illegal U-turn.

The 21-year-old starlet’s lawyers also request in their latest filing that the judge conclude that Ortega’s allegations are false because the plaintiff has ignored their repeated requests to turn over the documents he claims to have that prove his assertions.

Ortega’s lawyer has said that they have witnesses who will support their side of the story.

A hearing on the defense’s motion is set for Jan. 9.
