Richie Sambora was arrested for DUI and is now staring down the barrel of charges for child endangerment since he brilliantly decided to drive drunk with his 10-year-old daughter Ava in the car. Also in the car was another minor and an unidentified woman. Scope out Heather Locklear’s response when notified of the arrest, according to TMZ:

And, police sources say, after Sambora was busted, the cops called Heather Locklear, Ava’s mom. We’re told Heather authorized the woman in the car to drive her daughter home.

During the Howard Stern show several moons ago the crew received a letter from a mother wanting her daughter to be in playboy, the group brought her down to the show and gave her an evaluation and not ONLY was she smoking hot, Stern and crew decided that her would be in playboy, leave her gas-station boyfriend back home, and immediately have sex with Pauly Shore and more likely David Spade.

wow, that quite a way to be set for life, heat of the moment and now you’re tied to this girl for the rest of your life, I’m sure David has no interest in raising this child, he already called Stern privately for advice so you know he’s freaking out.

it was already mentioned over the weekend that Christina Aguilera gave birth to a son, her first child with husband Jordan Bratman, but details at the time were sketchy and so here you go.  People.com says: Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman welcomed a baby boy on Saturday at 10:05 p.m.
“Christina and Jordan are proud to announce the birth of their son Max Liron Bratman. He is a beautiful, healthy baby boy!” a rep for the couple tells PEOPLE. “Mom is resting and doing well!”
Despite various media reports that Aguilera had her baby on Friday, Max – 6 lbs. 2 oz. and 20.5 inches long – arrived late Saturday night in L.A.

TMZ has confirmed that “American Idol” trainwreck finalist Jessica Sierra done got herself knocked up — and she’s still in the slammer! Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater!

Sources tell TMZ that the father is a “rapper” and Jessica is ecstatic over the news. She’s currently in the infirmary in the Falkenburg Road Jail in Florida on a “pregnancy diet.” Jessica’s spawn has a lifetime of fun to look forward to — look, it’s mommy in a sex tape!

Sierra is currently facing two misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer and two felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery.

Jessica Alba is expecting a baby, but don’t expect the actress to look like it if she gets married!

Us Weekly reports in its new issue that Alba, 26, and boyfriend Cash Warren, 28, who split July 22 only to reunite in late August, currently don’t have plans for a wedding. In fact, a source tells Us, “She doesn’t want to be pregnant in a dress!”

But a wedding was on Alba’s to-do list just before she broke up with Warren. “She wanted to get married, but Cash wasn’t ready,” says a source.

Nuptials or not, Alba’s family is looking forward to her having a baby. “We’re all thrilled for them,” Alba’s brother Josh tells Us.

Life & Style is reporting “Jamie Lynn and Casey are NOT together,” a source close to the pair tells Life & Style. “They’ve broken up numerous times, but he was her first and she kept taking him back,” says the insider. They’re not dating now. He’s really got nothing to offer this baby. He’s a kid himself. They have no plans to get married. At this point, Jamie Lynn has asked her mom — and not Casey — to be in the delivery room with her.”

But in all fairness, none of the women in the spears family have dads!!

When the National Enquirer reported on July 28th about Jamie Lynn Spears’ pregnancy, lawyer’s for the Nickelodeon star threatened legal action against the publication.

Now, a source at the Enquirer has leaked us the letter Jamie Lynn’s lawyers sent them at the time.

“Ms. Spears is a devout Christian with a spotless reputation, who lives in accordance with the highest moral and ethical standards in accordance with her faith.

There is no “rumor” concerning Ms. Spears’ (non-existent) pregnancy, except perhaps for the baseless “rumor” just now being created by the National Enquirer.

Ms. Spears is not pregnant. It is pathetic for the National Enquirer to attempt to create a wholly baseless “rumor” that Ms. Spears is pregnant, so it can run a malicious story and false story which would be emotionally devastating to a morally upright 16 year old girl.”

Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant, according to OK! Magazine. The 16-year-old sister of Britney Spears and star of Nickelodeon’s Zoey 101 confirmed she is having the child of her longtime boyfriend Casey Aldridge. Jamie told her mother just before Thanksgiving and Britney is just learning the news today from the tabloids. The Associated Press reports:

Spears is 12 weeks along and initially kept the news to herself when she learned of the pregnancy from an at-home test and subsequent doctor visit, she told the celebrity magazine, which hits stands in New York on Wednesday and the rest of the country by Friday.

Nickelodeon released the following statement:

“We respect Jamie Lynn’s decision to take responsibility in this sensitive and personal situation. We know this is a very difficult time for her and her family, and our primary concern right now is for Jamie Lynn’s well being.”

Meanwhile, Spears’ mother Lynne has spoken of her shock at the news.

She says, “I didn’t believe it because Jamie Lynn’s always been so conscientious. She’s never late for her curfew. I was in shock. I mean, this is my 16-year-old baby.”

And Jamie-Lynn insists she will keep the child, due in June, although she was initially “scared”.

She says, “As soon as I found out for sure from the doctor, I took two weeks to myself where I didn’t tell anybody.”

“It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected. I was in complete and total shock and so was he.”

Meanwhile, big sister, Britney, only discovered Jamie-Lynn was pregnant Tuesday.

Britney found out about the pregnancy through a media outlet, while the rest of the family was told at Thanksgiving.  (Loser)

Wow, just wow I don’t know what to say, way to go Spears family, I’m not going to bash her because she’s 16, because weren’t we all having sex at 16, and those that weren’t probably spent their Saturdays studying and doing homework for the following week. The sad thing is I imagine she’ll be a better mother then her sister Britney. At least look at the good side, during the next holidays at least Momma Spears will have one grandchild there.

In court documents released yesterday, the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services are currently investigating “multiple child abuse and neglect” allegations that have been raised during Britney Spears’ and Kevin Federline’s ongoing child custody case. The investigators have asked the court to unseal specific parts of the case file because they feel Sean Preston and Jayden James will be in danger if left in their mother’s care. Britney doesn’t really like that idea. FOXNews says:

Spears had asked the court to seal the custody and visitation schedules in a declaration filed in October, arguing that “such information greatly increases the chances that the actions of the media could threaten the safety of the children by, for example, causing a traffic accident.”
