Somewhere along the line i think britney lost it. And believe me that has nothing to do with shaving your head. Although i have to admit that wasn’t the smartest thing to do at that moment of time. I’m not sure if Britney Spears wants to look like Lindsay lohan, but i think that one day Britney woke up and said to herself “Who needs a bra ?”.

After leaving the hospital yesterday, Britney Spears showed the paparazzi at the Beverly Hills Hotel that she’s no longer going commando and wears panties.
Britney Spears is out of the psych ward and back in her Benz (above). The conservatorship is still in effect. Its purpose is to allow Britney to focus on her treatment while her dad handles her financial affairs, according to TMZ:
TMZ has learned UCLA doctors determined Britney did not pose the legal danger to herself or to others, such that they could continue to hold her against her will. As a result, she was released today and we’re told she’s already back home.
Britney Spears’ father Jamie won a decisive court battle yesterday and will remain the conservatorship over Britney’s affairs until February 14. Attorney Adam Streisand (Barbara’s cousin. Seriously.) was hired by Britney to contest the conservatorship, but it was determined that Britney is essentially too crazy to know what’s going on, according to People:
A court-appointed lawyer for Britney Spears, Samuel Ingham, was also present, and testified that he met with her at the hospital Sunday for 15 minutes.
He added that in his opinion the pop star “does not understand the nature of these proceedings” or their impact on her future. He added, “I think she lacks the capacity” to hire a private lawyer.
Jamie Spears then revealed that Sam Flufluftfi (sp?) refused to open his door when the court tried to serve him papers:
By the hearing’s end, the court ordered Spears to have no contact, direct or indirect, by phone, email, text message or any other means with Lutfi, a court spokesman said, and an attempt to serve Lutfi with a revised restraining order would occur.
Britney Spears has apparently been labeled “gravely disabled” by UCLA doctors which means she’s a candidate for involuntary commitment. Apparently she’s unable to take care of basic needs such as food and shelter. Really? Because she’s constantly out to eat or checking into hotels. I’m no psychiatrist but I’m pretty sure that’s food and shelter. Anyway, Britney is considered to be in a “manic state” and was hurling accusations at her mom which TMZ elaborated on:
We first reported that Britney accused her mother of sleeping with her boyfriend. Now we have more. We’re told Britney screamed, “The only reason she’s admitting me is because she wants to be alone with her boyfriend! She wants to sleep with my boyfriend!!” Britney never said exactly who she was talking about.
When Brit calmed down, she talked about her kids, how much she misses them and how it’s unfair that she doesn’t have them.
But fear not fellow Britney lovers! Britney is seeing the best of psychiatrists, according to People:
“She’s an excellent clinician and an excellent psychiatrist,” says Harold Young, the clinical director at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, where Spears’s psychiatrist Dr. Deborah Nadel worked for about five years.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun , Britney Spears’ uncle, William Spears, says Britney has been drinking and doing drugs since she was 13. Revealing a childhood that included an alcoholic father and constant fighting, William Spears says Britney is basically gonna die soon. Woo hoo!
After her turbulent early years, Willie says she went “buck-wild” on turning 18, snorting cocaine on her birthday, adding: “She has tried just about everything - cocaine, crystal meth, ecstasy.”..”It got worse when she got famous and she found out that people would do what she wanted them to. She wanted to drink, party and go where she wanted to go. She is a ruthless little thing, make no mistake. Nobody controls her. She bosses everyone around her.”…”Britney is in an unstable state of mind now and there is nothing anyone can do about it. She is not listening to anybody. She has fired all the people around her who cared because she simply doesn’t want people to tell her to stop doing the things she is doing…”If people think she has reached the bottom, they are very wrong.”
Britney Spears supposedly has a restraining order against Adnan Ghalib. The two were not seen together at all over the weekend and Sam Lufti has been telling paparazzi that Britney took legal action to get rid of Adnan for good. Adnan responded to the rumor on his agency Finalpixx’s blog:
All I can say is that I have not been in contact with Britney since early Friday morning.
The reason being, that I have had to attend a family funeral in Santa Barbara. My phone has been off during this time out of respect for my family. I am only now becoming aware of what is being said. I hope to be back home in Los Angeles soon and to be in contact with Miss Spears.
