Britney Spears is so lonely that she’s taken to hanging out with the photographers who follow her every move. And now she’s become close friends with one of them. On Saturday night, the pop tart took things one step further with a videographer named Adnan Ghalib, and until now, no one has known what went on when the 26-year-old mother-of-two spent hours locked in her suite at the Peninsula hotel in L.A. with the swarthy, tattooed 35-year-old. A close friend of the married videographer has spilled the beans to PageSix.com.

“Britney just wanted to get things off of her chest,” the pal told PageSix.com. “She rambled on and on — he couldn’t get a word in edgewise, which is pretty unusual for him because he loves to talk. She was bouncing from one subject to another, yapping about everything from what was on television to her issues with her mom. She was all over the place, like someone with severe ADD.”

The adventure began in the early hours of Sunday morning when Britney hopped out of her car and jumped into Adnan’s Mercedes. After trips to a pharmacy and gas station, they ended up at the five-star hotel. The pop wreck confided in the tall, thin former boxer, who sat solo in a chair in Britney’s suite for seven hours until almost 10 a.m., listening, because “she feels like she’s been abandoned and deceived by everyone around her lately, and she doesn’t really have anyone in her life and she’s scared,” the friend said. “He doesn’t want to betray her too, especially because this is the first time they’ve really been alone together.”

The paparazzo (who used to manage a strip club) developed a more intimate relationship with Britney about three months ago, when he started covering her exclusively. “She would answer his questions and give him little sound bites — and she refused to do the same for the others who were following her,” the pal revealed. “So in return, he began to help Britney out with little things, such as getting her Starbucks or pumping her gas when she was overwhelmed by the paparazzi.”

Although Adnan quickly graduated from at-hand helper to hardcore hand holder, the friend tells PageSix.com that Adnan — who was born in Afghanistan, raised in London and bears the scars from having fought in three wars — hasn’t taken the relationship further than friendship (although another insider tells PageSix.com that Britney is telling pals that they did). “They absolutely did not hook up,” said the pal. “But that’s not to say that they don’t have little crushes on one another.”

Sean Penn and Robin Wright Penn announced via their “People” that they’re divorcing after whatever amount of years and too long having been together, and thank God because they sucked as a couple.

Seeing how Mischa Barton is the current talk of the town (Drunkie the Bear), lets kick this weekend off with a nipple.

Mischa Barton got herself arrested this morning for DUI and was released from jail around 10 a.m. TMZ reports:

According to a press release issued by the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, the former “O.C.” star was pulled over early this morning around 2:45 AM as she was driving in West Hollywood, Calif. Cops say she “was seen straddling two lanes of traffic and failed to signal when making a turn.” When deputies pulled her over, they determined that she “was an unlicensed driver and was driving while under the influence of an alcoholic beverage.”

Barron Hilton (Paris and Nicky’s grandfather) has donated 97% of wealth to charity according to the NY Daily News.

That means granddaughter Paris Hilton, who once stood to inherit $100 million or more by some accounts, could end up with a measly $5 million or so.

“The whole family will be devastated, particularly [Paris' mom] Kathy,” a pal of the clan told the Daily News last night.

“Some of them could be likely to contest the will - it’ll be in the courts longer than Anna Nicole Smith versus J. Howard Marshall.”

Barron Hilton is worth an estimated $2.3 billion, including the $1.2 billion he made from the sale of the Hilton Hotels and Harrah’s casino chains.

All but 3% of the money will go into a charitable trust to benefit the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, which was started by his father, the foundation announced yesterday.

The foundation funds clean water in Africa, education for blind children and housing for the mentally ill.

R&B singer Brandy has yet to be charged with vehicular manslaughter from her December 2006 crash that left a woman dead. Apparently, the delay is because authorities have evidence that conclude Brandy may not have been the one at fault. The California Highway Patrol shared some of this information with TMZ that puts the situation in a new light:

A CHP source tells TMZ the woman who died in the car accident involving Brandy actually struck the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact. The law enforcement source says Awatef Aboudihaj, the woman who died, struck the car in front of her — which was going 65 mph, and then slammed on her brakes. We’re told the sudden stop caused Brandy to hit the dead woman’s car.

Casey Aldridge and Jamie Lynn The father of Jamie Lynn Spears baby is NOT boyfriend Casey Aldridge, according to shocking reports from the U.S.

News that Britney’s sister was pregnant at 16 - under the legal age for sex in the U.S. - forced 18-year-old Casey into hiding.

But now Star magazine insists that the teenager may not be the dad - and that Spears’ friends and family think it is an older man who would face statutory rape charges.

Friends have said that Jamie Lynn was no longer even seeing Casey - and family members told Star that they believe the real father is a much older executive at her children’s TV show ‘Zoey 101?.

“Casey is being paid off to be the family’s fall guy while the real father remains unidentified,” Star magazine insists.

They say the real reason is that an older man could be charged with statutory rape if revealed to be the father of an under-aged girl’s baby.

But in Jamie Lynn’s home state of Louisiana, Casey would escape charges because a 16-year-old can legally have sex with someone less than two years older than her. “Conveniently, Casey falls under the bar by just 26 days.

“The man many suspect is the father, however, would face charges and probably prison time if he were to come forward and admit he had sex with her,” Star magazine states.

The magazine quotes “two separate Spears family insiders” who believe the father is someone who works on Jamie Lynn’s kids’ show. “Jamie Lynn has been working on Zoey since she was 13,” one of the sources said. “In Hollywood, little girls grow up fast, and she is no exception.

“With everything that has gone on in her family, she needed someone to look up to.

“But the man she found seems to have completely taken advantage of her.”

Another family source added: “Some of us have doubts as to the legitimacy of the claim that Casey is the father.

“Before the news of the pregnancy, how often did you see them together?

“Jamie Lynn has dated Casey on and off over the past two years.

“But it was not steady. In fact, she was looking to date Kevin Federline’s brother about a year ago.

“Jamie Lynn went through a time of partying, and Casey was just a part of that.”

Even Casey recently posted on his own MySpace that he was feeling “blah” about his love life, and added: “Me and Jamie are over…”

In fact, Star claims he had a pregnancy scare with a different girl and had to confess to Jamie Lynn. “Casey is a serial cheater who has lied to Jamie Lynn time and time again,” a close friend told the magazine. “This past spring, he was forced to tell Jamie Lynn that he’d cheated on her and gotten that girl pregnant.”

In fact, Star even insists Casey was openly dating yet another girl at the same time as he was supposed to be romancing Spears. “Yes, my sister is dating Casey - they’ve been dating for a while,” said Kevin Seals of his sister Whitney Seals.

“I know Jamie Lynn was real jealous about Whitney’s relationship with Casey.”

No matter who the father is, insiders believe the pregnancy will be the death knoll for Jamie Lynn’s burgeoning career. It will leave them terrified that she will prove to be the new Britney - and also that Nickelodeon, the TV channel behind Zoey 101, will be terrified of ruining its clean-cut image.

“I cant think of any way that Nickelodean could keep Jamie Lynn’s show on the air, said PR expert Michael Levine.

“If they do, advertisers will drop it like crazy. No advertiser wants to be associated with a minor getting pregnant.”
